The PLAY program concluded with the installation of a playground toy — and a set of cat houses — made from 110 kilos of recycled fishing nets collected from the local fishermen of Nisyros.

Plastic waste gathered with the participation of the community was processed by Blue Cycle, and the resulting recycled sheets were combined with wood. Over four weeks, design-thinking laboratories led by Konstantinos Skopas engaged students aged 6–18 in shaping the outcome.

Supported by the Ministry of Culture, with Blue Cycle, AEGEAN and Blue Star Ferries.
