Nisyros , round 2!
as part of the 'Play' initiative by Nisyrio, the workshops are aimed to introduce students to the design process and methodology, in order to create a playground structure and an object for public use made from recycled plastic. Pretty amazing to see primary and high school pupils think and operate as a design team, producing great results that will soon be developed and installed for them to use daily! we will be back in a month to continue this immensely fulfilling project! thanks to Nisyrio for the hospitality, and @bluecycle.official for assisting with the raw materials

Round 1 of our workshop with the children of Nisyros is complete! Kids got to research, ideate and prototype their playground concepts, while older pupils got to know the principles and process of design thinking in order to create an object for public use. Back in one month to pick up where we left it, many thanks to Nisyrio and the teachers for facilitating the workshops, we couldn’t be happier with the results!
